A few things that make wearing the NS001 easier every day:

Before stepping in, fold the silicone grip bands outward at both leg openings so they do not stick to your skin as you pull it up.
Use the side-to-side rocking motion to work it up your legs, shifting your weight from hip to hip.
Smooth the waistband flat after pulling up so the steel bones sit evenly around your waist.
If you are between sizes, size up. The Sculpt-level compression is firm and a size too small will feel tight at the waist.

Step 1 — Before stepping in, fold the silicone grip bands outward at both leg openings. This stops them from sticking to your skin as you pull the shorts up.

Step 2 — Step into the NS001 from the bottom and work it up your legs using a side-to-side rocking motion, shifting your weight from one hip to the other.

Step 3 — Once at your waist, smooth the waistband flat all the way around so the steel bones sit evenly and the band lies flat against your skin.

Step 4 — Align the side seams so they sit straight down each leg, then smooth the fabric at the thigh hem before getting dressed.
